The work:

2025 Summer Internship Program
Experience a nine-week summer internship with BlackRock, running from June to August, designed to give students a challenging, meaningful, and supportive insight into life as a full-time BlackRock Analyst. The program begins with a comprehensive orientation, followed by on-the-job training, mentoring, networking opportunities, and a speaker series.
Who Can Apply:
Undergraduate or master’s students graduating between August 2025 and July 2026.

Strategy & Management Summer Associate Program
Bank of America's Strategy and Management Program is a premier, two-year development program designed to cultivate future corporate leaders. Participants will gain direct experience in Digital Technologies, FinTech, Strategy, Innovation, and Management, working within the Bank of America Strategy and Business Ventures function. This role involves driving strategic growth initiatives, developing, testing, launching, and operationalizing new strategies across the bank’s core business units.
Who Can Apply:
Graduate students enrolled in a full-time MBA or master’s program, graduating between Dec 2025 and June 2026.
Preferred fields include Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analysis, FinTech, Product Management, and Project Management.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of work experience and a minimum 3.2 GPA.
